#1 Calder Beach House is a two story, ocean view home with three bedrooms, (2 Queens, 2 Twins, 1 Twin rollaway) and 3 bathrooms. It sits on ocean front land, just on the edge of Long Beach, which is a short 5 minute drive away.
The second floor consists of an open living room, dining room, full kitchen, 2 bedrooms (both with queen beds), 2 bathrooms, and the entrance to a large deck.
The first floor consists of the entry from the front door, as well as the garage, a laundry room, one bedroom with two twin beds and a full bathroom.
The living room has a brand new, comfortable sectional couch, and hosts a 52” flat screen TV with surround sound, an X-Box with Rock Band 2, and a selection of video games. You can enjoy the company of family and friends while also taking in the incredible view of the ocean. It sits adjacent to the open dining room and kitchen.
The kitchen is well stocked with all that you will need to prepare and serve your family meals. That is, if you are not too distracted by the ocean view to get any cooking done! You will also find two ovens, a microwave, a full sized refrigerator, a very large pantry and lots of counter space.
Master Bedroom with Queen Bed:
If you like to sleep with the windows open, you will hear the sounds of the ocean in this bedroom. You can lie in bed and see the waves. This room is furnished with a queen-sized bed, a dresser and a flat-screen TV with cable. This room also includes a large master bath with dual sinks, jetted tub and an adjoining shower and toilet. Spacious closets abound, so you can pack for a week or a month
Second Bedroom with Queen Bed:
This room is comfortably furnished with a queen sized bed, a dresser, flat screen TV and yet another wonderful view of the Pacific Ocean! Just down the hall you will find a full bathroom with tub and shower.
Third Bedroom: This bedroom on the first floor is decorated with two twin beds, side tables and lamps. Also included is a TV with cable and a DVD player. There is a fantastic view of the dunes and ocean from this room.
The garage has a ping pong table, foosball table, extra sofa and TV. The owners will be converting the garage into a full recreation room over time.
